Was the Superbowl Movie Spot too short? PDF Print E-mail

Star Trek fans are concerned that the Star Trek ad shown during the Superbowl this week was too short in length to make an impact amongst people who have not been previously interested in Star Trek.

Fans across various Sci-Fi forums believe that Paramount should of shelled out more money for a one minute ad instead of the 30 second ad that was seen by over 95 million Americans and millions around the world to show that Paramount is very serious about expanding the Star Trek fanbase even though across three different online polls, the movie ranked second in best remembered Movie Spot (see Trekmovie article for details).

Don't forget fans if you missed out on the ad during the Superbowl you can see the 30 second spot at the official site http://www.startrekmovie.com/

What do you think of the 30 second trailer? was it valuable? did it make you excited? did it make you nervous about the future of Star Trek? tell us by commenting on this artlcle or by going to our thread here
