Trekunited's fan series "Dispatches from the Romulan War" which looks at the Romulan conflict from the point of view of the various news agencies of the Coalition of Planets is heading for the Animated realm. Originally a project by the now in hiatus Save Enterprise the series was taken in by Trekunited's Fan Production section where it now resides here where readers can read all the latest happenings of the conflict (also available in Trekunited's audio section) Last year the DRW team taken the series to the audio realm as part of Kirok of L'Stok's "Twelve Days of Christmas" series when seven of the articles were turned into podbooks for your listening pleasure which was met with great success now with an extensive collaboration between fans, DRW is heading to the animation realm and they have already given a still image of what fans are to expect in the future, an image of the Enterprise and Columbia racing to find out what happeed to the space station Salem One. It is hoped in some fans minds that the continued telling of stories from the Enterprise era including stories focusing on the NX-01 in action will keep the show in the public eye and reignite the flames of the now domant Save Enterprise leading to fans working once more on trying to have more Enterprise adventures released on official channels from video games to a steadier stream of released books to even a Direct-to-DVD wrap upof the show chronicling Enterprise's role in the Romulan War and the founding of the Federation Source: Trekunited
